You don’t say how successfully you currently are or what you regard as success.
Assuming by success you mean meeting face to face…
Apply to and chat to more applicants. Many will already be taken, others will not like how you look etc.etc. so you instantly know that 80% will never happen.
After that be honest when chatting to them and be sure in yourself that you are interested in making friends rather than just a one night stand. Friendship can become a relationship in some cases but go into it looking only for a relationship and you’ll put off an additional 80%
